COMMON FAQs

(1) Where do you ship to, and what is your shipping method?
We currently ship worldwide. We have two shipping methods, Standard Shipping and Express Shipping.

(2) How are you able to offer worldwide shipping?
We have several warehouses in different countries, such as America, Germany, France, England, etc. Our products are shipped directly to you from the local warehouse which takes 1-3 processing days. This unique business model allows us to save enormously on storage and transport costs and we can offer the products at a lower price than the competitor and take care of the shipping costs. In 99% of the cases, orders are delivered within the expected delivery time.

(3) How do I return my purchases?

(4) Where are your products manufactured?
Our products are designed in Europe and manufactured in the US. That said, we are constantly open to working with partners around the world who uphold our quality standards.

(5) How do I track my order?
Please check your order status on our live tracking page. If your order doesn't arrive within the expected delivery time, please get in touch with us via our contact page or Facebook. Any carrier-related delays are completely out of our control and we are unable to offer refunds for those.

(6) Why is my tracking number not working?
 Tracking numbers can take 1-2 days to appear in the shipping carrier's system. Occasionally, the shipping carrier can lose an order. If the tracking number is still not working within a few days, please contact the shipping carrier.

(7) How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary as we do ship worldwide from different fulfillment centers based on your location.

Estimated delivery times:
1~2 weeks (the United States/Canada/Australia/New Zealand/United Kingdom/EU countries)
2~3 weeks (Other countries)

Due to COVID restrictions, shipping may take longer than you are used to. In fact, we've seen customs delays in Australia & New Zealand recently. So if you haven't received your product yet, don't hesitate to get in touch!

(8) Can I cancel my order after I've paid?
Contact us and we will do our best to help. We cannot guarantee cancelation as orders are immediately passed on to the warehouse. If it has already been processed or shipped we are unable to cancel your order and you will have to return the product. After receiving the product, we will refund your money within 14 days.

(9) What type of payments do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard as well as Paypal.

(10) How do I place my order? 
Simply choose your style on the product page then click the “Add To Cart” button and follow the simple steps to complete your order. We’ll prepare your order and let you know when it's on its way.

(11) When will my card be charged?
Just after your order has been successfully placed.

(12) How secure is my personal information?
We strictly adhere to the highest industry standards to protect your personal information when you checkout and purchase from our store. Your credit card information is encrypted during transmission using secure socket layer (SSL) technology, which is widely used on the Internet for processing payments. Your credit card information is only used to complete the requested transaction and is not subsequently stored.
